Everything You Need to Know

PLEASE BE AWARE that signed books and merchandise ship from New Zealand and come tracked and ensured. Because of this, shipping can be expensive for these items. Unfortunately we are not able to provide an untracked service at this time. 

There are also several countries that do not receive post from New Zealand at this time. Please check here if you think you may be affected.

Standard print, .Epub and audio books are sent directly from,, etc. and their terms of service for postage, refunds, and returns are available on their respective websites.

Returns & Refunds

A Few Short Steps

Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item is defective and not fit for purpose. We will gladly refund a defective item provided it is returned to us within one week of arrival as per the tracking numbers timestamp. It does not matter how long it takes to arrive in New Zealand once posted. A refund will be issued once the item is delivered. It is strongly advised that items are returned with tracking, as we are not able to refund a package that is lost in the post.
